Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the CleanSpacePhone iOS application and the website at cleanspacephone.com. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
1. The app
CleanSpacePhone is a storage-management utility for iPhone and iPad. It analyzes content locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. We do not provide a server-side service; there is no account.
2. Your responsibility
CleanSpacePhone is a powerful tool that can delete photos, videos, contacts, and files. Even though every deletion is gated by an explicit confirmation, and even though photo deletions go through Apple's Recently Deleted album, you remain responsible for what you choose to delete. We strongly recommend you have an iCloud or other backup before any cleanup session.
3. License
Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CleanSpacePhone on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the duplicate detection will be 100% accurate in all cases.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CleanSpacePhone, its developers, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
6. Apple-required terms
You and we acknowledge that these terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
7. Export
You may not use the app in any jurisdiction where its use would be prohibited by applicable law or export control regulations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition.
